MasterCards must have a persons name on it. Corporate cards have the corporate name and the persons name on the card. There is no way to get a MasterCard or Visa physical card, without a persons name on it. This is to prevent fraud so the merchant can check ID of purchaser. Virtual Cards good on the Internet only (there is no plastic card just a set of numbers) are issued with no name but they do not work in person or in ATM machines and we do not carry them.

A copy of a Passport or Drivers License or National Identity Card is required to purchase card, plus a copy of a utility bill, nothing else. This is provided to the card company we deal with. These are not our cards, we are a reseller. Copy of the ID can be via legible scan as an email attachment, suggest 300 dpi.jpg. Faxes generally are not clear enough.
Attorney client privilege would not apply to the card company, the card itself, the agents of the card company, the bank involved and the copy of the ID they have, the card and its associated account(s). There is no Panama Bank Secrecy involved.
